In response to feedback from current Practice-Based Small Group Learning facilitators, we are launching a short refresher training series designed to support, reconnect and energise our facilitator community. Sessions will focus on keeping groups engaged, encouraging contribution, managing group dynamics, making the most of online meetings, facilitator administration, module piloting and gathering useful feedback.
