In this blog by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Joe Hands (Principle Educator NHS Education for Scotland) and Benjamin McElwee (Senior improvement advisor, Healthcare Improvement Scotland) discuss the National Value Management Collaborative in Scotland. They highlight that the Value Management method can enhance staff experience and build teamworking even during the pandemic, and showcase examples from the interim value management report and case studies.
