Headlines from the GMC National Training Survey for Scotland

Each year the GMC run their National Training Survey to gather feedback on trainees training experience across the UK and we thought we would share some key findings about training in Scotland.

Scotland is number one in overall satisfaction rankings within the 4 nations with NHS Education for Scotland ranked, as a Deanery, 5^th out of 18. We have 33 programmes ranked 1^st across the UK based on overall satisfaction and have increased the number of training sites on the high performers list which is the top 2% of sites across the UK.
