Supervision doesn’t just support learning. It shapes professional identity.
The FTY introduces a new, nationally coordinated supervision model that places structured support, shared responsibility and consistent educational oversight at the centre of the placement year.
This model brings together supervisors from practice, education and the wider healthcare team to support students as they develop into safe and capable practitioners.
