Keep your Portal and Turas Accounts up-to-date

Just a general reminder to make sure your Portal and Turas accounts are up to date with all your correct personal information, for example if you change job role then you need to update this in your account, or if you have changed your name or address, and most important of all if you have changed your email address. 

We are still receiving some emails to CPD Enquiries saying delegates are not receiving the registration link to webinars.  This normally occurs when delegates have Hotmail accounts registered on Portal.  Portal, for some reason, has a problem with Hotmail accounts and emails from there more often than not end up in junk mail.  We would urge you to change your email address to a .nhs.scot email address or, if this is not possible, to another one which appears to be more compatible with Portal.
