Evaluation of Professional Portfolios

The Support Workforce professional portfolio Professional portfolio | Turas | Learn (nhs.scot) provides staff with an online portfolio to record learning, plan professional and personal development, and to consider career progression.

NES has commissioned an independent research agency to evaluate the Turas professional portfolios which are available to different professional groups in NHS Scotland. This research aims to gather information on how the portfolios are being used, what the benefits and barriers are and any areas for improvement.
